He is a keynote speaker and best-selling author of four books which are: The Future LeaderThe Employee Experience AdvantageThe Future of Work, and The Collaborative Organization. Jacob is the founder of The Future of Work University and is the host of the podcast, The Future of Work With Jacob Morgan. BLAKE MORGAN

Blake Morgan is a keynote speaker,  customer experience futurist, and author of two books on customer experience: The Customer Of The Future and More is More. She has worked with Comcast, Allstate, Genentech, Accor Hotels, Accenture, Adobe, Cisco, Parker Hannifin, Ericsson, Verizon, Fujitsu and more. Blake is a guest lecturer at Columbia University, the University of California, San Diego and adjunct faculty at the Rutgers executive MBA program. Blake contributes to Forbes, the Harvard Business Review and Hemispheres Magazine. She is the host of The Modern Customer Podcast and a weekly customer experience video series on YouTube. After getting laid off from her job at a Fortune 100 company Blake decided to Be Her Own Boss!
